Sales Co-Ordinator - Vileda Professional

Manage daily operational sales tasks including order processing, deliveries, invoicing, and handling of customer complaints and returns.

Maintain and update customer master data, pricing, and discounts in SAP, ensuring accurate records and controls on accounts receivable and goods write-offs.

Plan and monitor shipment schedules with warehouse teams, track service levels and delivery times, and liaise with international factories based on sales forecasts.

Graduate degree or higher.

Minimum 2 years experience in a sales coordination or similar role and total work experience of 4+ years.

Proficient in SAP for order management, invoicing, inventory, and customer database maintenance.

Work location: On-site in Mumbai Bhiwandi.

Experienced in end-to-end sales operations coordination within supply chain or distribution environments.

Comfortable working with SAP and managing detailed operational data and reporting.

Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams including warehouse, sales, and international suppliers to meet delivery and service targets.
