About This Role

Lead end-to-end data migration and ETL delivery including strategy, planning, quality, risk management, and timeline adherence.

Define data migration strategy and cutover plans; lead cutover rehearsals and manage go-live/hypercare phases.

Oversee technical aspects such as performance, scalability, security; design and review mappings, transformations; mentor team and manage senior stakeholder communications.

Minimum Requirements

9+ years of experience in data migration with at least 2 full program leaderships through cutover and hypercare.

Strong expertise in one or more ETL tools (IICS, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory) and SQL plus data modeling skills.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Location requirement: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced migration architect or design authority with full lifecycle delivery and technical leadership in data migration programs.

Skilled in bridging business requirements and technical design, with delivery management capabilities including risk and stakeholder management.

Versed in non-functional requirements ownership and mentoring delivery teams within complex, multidisciplinary project environments.
