About This Role

Own end-to-end requirements gathering and user story documentation for Calypso Back Office applications from stakeholders.

Design and configure Calypso Back Office solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and Calypso development delivery.

Collaborate closely with Development and QA teams to validate functionality meets business acceptance and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

6+ years of experience documenting business requirements and translating to development user stories in Calypso Back Office domain.

Hands-on experience with Calypso versions 16.1+, preferably v17 or v18, including upgrades and migrations from legacy systems.

Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Office applications is mandatory.

Base location in Gurgaon with hybrid working model.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong domain expertise in Calypso Back Office functions, especially Accounting and trade workflow customization.

Experienced in end-to-end Calypso upgrade projects and legacy-to-Calypso platform migration initiatives.

Skilled at engaging with cross-functional teams and external integrations (front office systems, payment gateways, accounting systems) to deliver comprehensive solutions.
