Manage end-to-end discovery for ~50 applications within the P&C insurance estate, including process mapping and integration validation.
Lead and mentor a team of mid-level Business Analysts, serving as the primary escalation point to engagement and architecture leadership.
Deliver analysis on process gaps, automation opportunities, functional consolidation, and develop clickable prototypes coordinating with UX/design.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Architect in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
Experience must include direct exposure to at least two areas among underwriting, new business, claims, producer/distribution, or compliance.
Demonstrated leadership of discovery/BA teams in application rationalization, modernization, or legacy transformation projects.
Work Location: One of the following Indian cities - Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida, Pune; Notice Period: Immediate joiner only.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in hands-on L2/L3 process-to-IT mapping and BRD creation with limited documentation environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to direct, mentor, and escalate within mid-level BA teams.
Capable of driving complex analysis including process consolidation, automation opportunities and coordinating prototype development with design teams.
