Minimum Requirements
MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from a reputed institute.
2-4 years of experience in business finance or relevant field.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
Location: Noida Sector 135 (implied onsite).

Experience working closely with business operations teams and senior leadership (reports to CEO).
Demonstrated ability to perform variance analysis, forecasting, and translate data into actionable business insights.
Competent in developing automated reporting tools and standard/ad-hoc dashboards for process improvement.
