Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years total experience with at least 6 years in IT recruitment.
Prior team leading experience is mandatory.
Experience with various ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and multiple job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Shine.
Global recruitment experience beyond Indian markets and expertise in Boolean search and multiple sourcing techniques.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in recruiting for diverse IT technologies such as Java, Python, Cloud, SQL, QA, .Net, ServiceNow, RPA, Mobile platforms, and more, indicating a strong technical recruitment domain.
Capable of handling multiple (4-5) requirements simultaneously in a high-volume environment with moderate supervision.
Background in software (IT) companies with demonstrated ability to deliver recruitment targets effectively under pressure.
