Purchasing Operations Buyer - FNA

Manage end-to-end operational purchasing activities including purchase requisition, RFQ, commercial negotiation, purchase order and tool order execution.

Engage cross-functionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial, capacity, and supply continuity issues while meeting purchasing KPIs.

Support cost reduction, supplier dispute resolution, capacity management, commercial recoveries, and maintain compliance with purchasing policies and documentation requirements.

3 to 8 years of experience in Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, New Product Development, Supply Chain, or related purchasing roles.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, MBA, or equivalent relevant qualification.

Proven knowledge of RFQ, PO/TO lifecycle, supplier onboarding, cost and claim management, tooling/capacity execution, and purchasing controls.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power BI); working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems including SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.

Experience handling complex operational purchasing tasks including supplier price claims, engineering change administration, and production risk mitigation.

Demonstrated ability to work with multiple internal teams and cultural contexts to meet aggressive cost, capacity, and quality targets.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills supported by proficiency in ERP systems and data tools, enabling effective supplier management and process optimization.
