Minimum Requirements
7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong expertise in .NET/C# plus at least one of Java, Python, or Node.js; proficient front-end skills (JavaScript, React.js, Flutter), and strong SQL/data skills.
Experience building complex globally available distributed systems, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and modern DevSecOps practices.
Solid understanding of system design, Domain Driven Design, APIs, event-driven architectures, and strong testing discipline.

Experienced in ownership of end-to-end delivery and operational reliability of complex software components in a distributed, global environment.
Capable of translating ambiguous, complex business needs into pragmatic, incremental technical solutions under engineering standards.
Comfortable working as a subject-matter expert within cross-functional agile teams and mentoring others to maintain engineering excellence.
