Develop full-stack software focusing on simplification, user experience, and secure coding in an Agile Scrum environment.
Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven features including agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain), natural language interaction, and retrieval-augmented generation systems integrated with enterprise data.
Build and maintain secure connectors (APIs, SDKs, database drivers) for multiple databases and support inter-agent communications and integration with external tools.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years related experience or master's degree with 3+ years related experience.
Minimum 3 years experience in Java, Spring, and full-stack development.
At least 3 years experience with databases (MongoDB, Oracle, CockroachDB, Elasticsearch, Snowflake) and Kubernetes deployment/orchestration.
Strong Python skills, experience with scalable RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and LangGraph, and knowledge of AI concepts and API security protocols.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex full-stack Java/Spring microservices development with AI feature integration in enterprise cloud environments.
Proficient in designing secure, low latency APIs and working with multiple data platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Capable of operating independently within Agile teams, contributing technical leadership, and integrating AI agent frameworks with external enterprise systems.
