Produce high-quality production code and architecture/design artifacts, ensuring design constraints are met in complex applications.
Leverage and evaluate enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and team productivity.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability using Java, Springboot, AWS (or other cloud), Kafka, and REST.
Experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools used in coding, test creation, troubleshooting, or documentation, including validation of AI outputs.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large corporate environments working on modern programming languages and database querying languages with knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies (CI/CD, resiliency, security).
Able to analyze and synthesize large, diverse data sets to identify hidden problems and improve code hygiene and system architecture.
Comfortable guiding peer teams on responsible AI use, data sensitivity, and secure input/output handling in engineering workflows.
