Provide technical and production support for Mainframe Endevor and Viewdirect systems, including administration, configuration, and modification of module movement rules.
Coordinate and support batch and online production release migrations, working with multiple technical teams and business partners across locations and time zones.
Participate in concurrent technical projects, evaluate software products, develop processes and standards, and provide cross-training within the support group.
Minimum Requirements
4-5 years of IT experience.
Hands-on experience with Mainframe programming including JCL, COBOL, DB2, and Rexx.
Strong administration experience in Mainframe Endevor and Endevor Processor groups configuration.
Graduate degree; location specified as Chennai/Bangalore; shift from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Mainframe software configuration management with ability to manage end-to-end processes and production support.
Capable of navigating complex organizational structures and coordinating across multiple technology teams and levels.
Strong communicator with ability to implement training and continuous improvement in a complex production environment.
