Own triage, resolution, and operational support of HPC systems to minimize downtime and performance issues.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux-based HPC infrastructure including hardware diagnostics and upgrades.

Minimum Requirements
5 to 15 years of experience in systems engineering or HPC administration.
Expertise in Linux administration on RPM-based systems, including kernel module compilation and low-level debugging tools (strace, coredump, tcpdump).
Experience with HPC hardware components (InfiniBand HCAs, Lustre/VAST/IBM storage, Dell/HP servers) and job schedulers like Slurm or UGE/AGE.
Skills in monitoring platforms including Zabbix, ELK, Grafana, and Splunk dashboard configuration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end management of HPC environments with a focus on operational reliability and performance tuning.
Capable of working in minimally documented environments requiring strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Proficient in interacting with diverse user bases and managing incident workflows via tools like ServiceNow.
