Senior Data Analyst, People Insights

Own advanced analytical execution for People Insights & Advisory Services by mining, analyzing, and visualizing complex HR and workforce data.

Produce high-quality analytical outputs (analysis, visualizations, dashboards) to inform advisory work and support decision making.

Identify and standardize repeatable analytical patterns to enable scalable HR decision products in collaboration with data science and product teams.

3-5 years experience in advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and data-driven problem solving on complex business/workforce questions.

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related quantitative discipline.

Strong hands-on coding experience with Python, R, SQL or comparable tools; experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms.

Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad, India; up to 10% domestic/international travel may be required.

Experienced in hypothesis-driven analysis and statistical methods applied to HR, workforce, or organizational data.

Capable of translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Skilled in collaborating with data science/product teams to operationalize analytics into reusable tools or decision-support solutions.
