Own the full software lifecycle including requirement analysis, implementation, and troubleshooting availability/performance issues, ensuring delivery on budget and on time.
Contribute to strategy development, resource planning, and agile delivery practices, while presenting updates to executive sponsors and customers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM field.
Minimum 12 years of total experience with at least 5 years in a people leadership role.
Strong background in Data Engineering and experience driving agile development practices for large teams.
Willingness to travel to key sites.

Experienced leader capable of managing complex software initiatives in Data Mesh and distributed systems environments.
Demonstrates ability to align technical execution with strategic objectives and communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders.
Experienced with scalable web applications, container technologies, microservices, multiple operating systems/cloud environments, and agile methodologies.
