Coordinate across internal technology teams, business reporting groups, and external vendors to maintain data flows, system availability, and rapid issue resolution.
Translate business needs into reporting specifications and partner with analytics/modeling teams to enable operational and strategic insights.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years experience in business analytics, reporting, MIS, or operational analytics roles.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Python (Advanced) mandatory.
Experience supporting cloud-based reporting or data platforms.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years in related roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational reporting with strong ability to coordinate between business and technology stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
Comfortable managing vendor integrations and automated reporting processes in fast-paced environments.
Background in insurance, claims, financial services, or operational analytics preferred but not strictly mandatory.
