Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant STEM field required; Master's may be required for select roles.
Experience: Entry-level/early career; relevant internship, co-op, or early professional experience preferred.
Technical skills required: Proficiency with Simulink, Matlab, C programming, Integrity (operating system), and C2ST (tools).
Basic bench testing knowledge and system integration awareness of engine applications preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures, specifically in US, India, UK, and China.
Capable of independently handling software problem investigation and resolution with moderate technical complexity.
Familiar with product software lifecycle practices including coding, integration, static analysis, and hardware-in-the-loop testing in an engineering product environment.
