Sr Manager of Software Engineering - Java, AWS, React

Lead design, development, and technical troubleshooting of secure, high-quality Java and React software solutions in a finance technology context.

Drive adoption and governance of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering and SDLC automation tools across multiple teams to improve delivery speed, quality, and operational stability.

Evaluate external vendors and lead software engineering communities of practice to advance technology use and reuse of proven patterns within corporate technology division.

10+ years of professional software engineering experience with formal training or certification.

Advanced proficiency in Java, React JS, Spring Boot, AWS ECS, EKS, and Terraform.

Experience leading multi-team adoption of AI-assisted development tools including governance and measurement of outcomes.

Strong understanding of secure software development lifecycle practices, automation, and agile methodologies (CI/CD, application resiliency, security).

Experienced in delivering scalable, secure software solutions in a finance or similarly regulated environment with complex operational stability requirements.

Proven ability to lead and influence multiple teams on adopting advanced AI-assisted development and automation tools with governance.

Comfortable working in an agile, multi-technology environment with hands-on expertise in cloud-native architectures and developer toolchains.
