Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot enterprise applications, REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations with a focus on expanding integration scope toward end-to-end solutions.
Review and validate AI-generated code (e.g., from Claude Code) ensuring code quality, security, performance, maintainability, scalability, and test coverage standards.
Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with local and offshore teams to support the BMP program and establish scalable offshore delivery models.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in Java development with strong expertise in Java 8/11/17+ and Spring Boot/Framework.
Experience in developing REST APIs, microservices, API integrations, and enterprise integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code and ability to critically review AI-generated code.
Experience with SQL/relational databases, Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices, unit and integration testing, and technical design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
