Lead Consultant/Expert - AI Engineer

Architect, build, and operate complex AI-enabled and data-intensive digital products across multiple technology stacks and domains.

Provide cross-product technical leadership, including defining architecture, resolving critical technical challenges, and owning production performance and product KPIs.

Lead engineering initiatives spanning teams and products while remaining hands-on with development, code review, and coaching engineers on best practices.

10+ years of software engineering experience including technical leadership of complex, production-grade products or platforms.

Strong expertise in Python plus at least one additional modern programming language.

Proven experience architecting and delivering LLM-based and agentic AI systems, semantic technologies (e.g., RDF, OWL, knowledge graphs), and data engineering patterns on enterprise cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.

Experienced technical leader capable of aligning cross-product architecture and strategy with stakeholders including product managers and architects.

Strong background in AI/ML system architecture including MLOps, AI observability, and responsible AI controls.

Expert in cloud-native distributed systems, security, observability, and continuous delivery within large scale, enterprise environments.
