Design, develop, and implement AI and generative AI solutions including machine learning models and neural networks to improve operational efficiency and business process effectiveness.
Own the full machine learning lifecycle including dataset construction, metrics definition, model evaluation, deployment, and integration into production and business systems.
Lead collaboration with domain experts and cross-functional teams to identify use cases, define technical requirements and architecture, and manage solution delivery including external partners and suppliers.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
Minimum 8 years overall work experience with 2 to 4 years professional experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or comparable technical roles.
Strong programming skills in Python or C++ and experience with ML/deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, familiar with cloud services (Azure, AWS), data engineering fundamentals, and machine learning lifecycle management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering AI solutions in industrial or complex operational environments with the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI tools.
Technical judgment to select appropriate AI/ML approaches including generative AI, with strong architectural and solution delivery ownership.
Competent in handling unstructured and structured data, working across tech and business functions, and managing external partners through the full project lifecycle.
