IT Release Manager

Own and manage end-to-end release lifecycle for all major application deployments, ensuring compliance with release management standards and governance.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, operations, and project management to maintain reliable, efficient release cadence aligned with Agile delivery.

Drive release process improvements, monitor deployment pipelines, and support post-deployment reviews and reporting on release progress.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management focusing on Release or Change Management.

ITIL v4 Foundation certification and practical knowledge of ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, FreshWorks, or BMC.

Availability to support deployments during off-business hours (minimum one weekend and two weekday evenings per month).

Experienced in operating within cloud-native, Agile, and CI/CD environments with familiarity of release governance and tooling such as Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Proven ability to collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership, in large-scale enterprise or financial services settings.

Strong ITSM discipline with a mindset focused on process rigor, continuous improvement, and governance compliance.
