About This Role

Lead design and implementation of scalable cloud-based data solutions using AWS/Azure/GCP and modern data platforms such as Databricks/Spark.

Manage and deliver projects by leading data engineering teams, ensuring data quality, performance, governance, and timely delivery.

Translate client business requirements into technical solutions and participate in pre-sales and solutioning activities.

Minimum Requirements

8+ years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions with strong expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP and Databricks/Spark.

Proficiency in ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, SQL, and Python/Scala.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (B.Tech/BE).

Work Location: Pune with mandatory hybrid work model of 3 days/week onsite.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in leading data engineering teams and managing end-to-end project delivery in cloud environments.

Strong hands-on technical background in big data processing and modern data platforms like Databricks with ability to ensure data governance and performance.

Comfortable engaging directly with clients to align technical solutions with business needs and contributing to pre-sales activities.
