Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance-related field is required; Master's or CFA preferred.
7–10 years of relevant treasury experience, or 5+ years within Dow.
Experience in complex, global MNC treasury and banking environments with matrixed organizational structures.
Ability to work European hours with flexible scheduling; no relocation assistance available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multi-regional treasury portfolios and capital structures in a multinational corporate setting.
Skilled in analytical problem-solving, process improvement, and technology-driven treasury solutions (Excel, VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, TMS, SAP).
Comfortable operating in matrixed global organizations with strong negotiation and collaboration skills across functions and regions.
