Lead the delivery of a multi-year strategic Funding and Payments portfolio, including client funding, payments initiation to reconciliation, and Global Payments innovations.
Define, monitor, and control program scope, schedules, budgets, and dependencies across multiple global teams and third-party vendors.
Serve as the primary Pune-based delivery lead for cross-geography teams, ensuring alignment to firm-wide priorities and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of full-time program management experience.
Proven experience managing large-scale financial services programs with budgets exceeding $2 million.
In-depth knowledge of payments and cash management, specifically ACH, Stable Coin, payment hubs, SWIFT, and ISO 20022.
Based in or willing to work 4 days per week onsite in Pune, India.

Experienced in managing complex, geographically distributed technical teams within financial services domains, especially payments and treasury.
Skilled at coordinating cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Treasury, Operations, and external vendors, balancing competing priorities using portfolio frameworks.
Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments requiring adaptability, clear communication with senior leadership, and proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
