Associate III, Securities Operations(Dealer Services / Main Office Services (MOS))

Act as a subject matter expert to independently research and resolve complex, non-routine operational issues in Transfer Agency operations.

Support day-to-day operational oversight including allocation and monitoring of work, ensuring tasks meet defined SLAs and quality standards.

Identify process gaps and escalate potential SLA or data privacy issues while delivering high service levels to clients and back-office firms through multiple communication channels.

5 to 6 years of experience in Mutual Fund / Financial Services sector with strong knowledge of Transfer Agency operations (transaction processing, record keeping, shareholder servicing).

Experience with Dealer Services / Main Office Services (MOS) is an advantage but not mandatory.

Must be willing to work night shifts and rotational shifts (5 days a week).
