Assistant Manager - Operations

Lead and manage the team creating and delivering coding questions and simulator solutions across multiple technical domains (backend, frontend, database, full-stack).

Own design, quality control, governance, and continuous evolution of coding content and related assessment simulators, including calibration and version control.

Serve as primary technical consultant on client projects, handling requirements, demos, escalations and ensuring cross-functional coordination with Research, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.

10-13 years experience in technical assessments, tech consulting, product, or engineering roles.

Strong understanding of backend, frontend, database and full-stack technical skills.

Direct experience with coding simulators or online judge systems including sandbox execution, grading logic, and secure containerization.

Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram; hybrid work requires onsite presence 3 days/week; willing to travel for client engagements.

Experienced in leading and mentoring technical teams focused on coding content or related solution delivery.

Proven client-facing consultant capable of translating technical details into business solutions and managing multiple projects concurrently.

Technically proficient across multiple programming languages and evaluation systems, with interest or experience in advanced assessment technologies such as GenAI-enabled evaluation or secure coding assessments.
