Senior Client Project Manager

Lead and manage multiple concurrent client projects or programs, ensuring delivery from concept through final implementation across multiple geographies and business areas.

Act as the primary client interface, managing escalations and ensuring client satisfaction while delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Provide pre-sales support including scoping, costing, and proposal presentations, while identifying and influencing new business opportunities.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, project management, or related field.

Relevant project management certification required, preferably PMP; ITIL certification is beneficial.

Advanced project/program management experience in multinational Professional Services environments, including client engagement and lifecycle management.
