CA Financial Controller

Lead end-to-end accounting and compliance for a growth-stage SaaS company ensuring timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures.

Prepare and improve financial statements and management reports supporting decision-making with strong data accuracy and usability.

Build and enforce financial controls, manage statutory compliance and taxation, and lead a team of 3-4 accounting professionals to uphold process discipline.

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6-7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate accounting roles.

Experience closing books independently, financial reporting, reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and handling end-to-end statutory compliances.

Experience managing small teams (3-4 members).

Location: Pune, work from office; Experience Required: 6-7 years post qualification.

Demonstrates strong accounting fundamentals with a detail-oriented, zero-compromise accuracy approach.

Process-driven mindset capable of building and enforcing scalable accounting systems and controls.

Preferably has experience in SaaS/technology companies and exposure to automation and accounting tools like Zoho or similar.
