Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with web and mobile applications.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Figma for reviewing design files and validating UI/UX against requirements.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence for backlog and requirements management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independently managing evolving and complex requirements with strong ownership and accountability.
Skilled in bridging client expectations with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong stakeholder and client communication capabilities.
Comfortable analyzing API integrations, system workflows, user journeys, and cross-platform mobile (iOS/Android) functional dependencies.
