S&C GN - TS&T – AI & Data Strategy - Senior Manager

Lead large-scale, complex AI-driven technology transformation portfolios with budgets ranging from $5M to $30M, ensuring measurable business outcomes and operational excellence.

Own end-to-end delivery accountability including transformation execution, financial governance, risk management, and P&L for multiple concurrent, large-scale programs involving 50-150+ FTEs.

Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients, driving executive governance, commercial growth, and adoption of Agentic AI and other emerging technologies as part of enterprise transformation.

17+ years total experience with 3-5 years managing complex portfolios of transformation programs with budgets of $5M–$30M.

Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline; Master's or MBA strongly preferred.

Mandatory program management certifications such as PMP, MSP or equivalent; Agile certification like SAFe required.

Experience working in at least one area among Technology Modernization, Mainframe Modernisation, AI Enterprise Transformation, Complex Delivery, or Enterprise Agility.

Experienced in governing complex, multi-program transformation portfolios within large global service environments with direct delivery and revenue accountability.

Skilled in C-suite stakeholder engagement, executive governance leadership, and commercial deal shaping for account growth.

Demonstrated ability to lead AI-powered transformations and innovative delivery with a strong technical background and strategic vision in cloud-native, API-led, or regulated industry contexts.
