Minimum Requirements
5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Experience recruiting for US-specific roles and multiple disciplines.
Location: Bengaluru, India; Work hours: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST.

Experienced in partnering effectively with hiring managers and HR to shape recruitment strategy and candidate selection.
