Minimum Requirements
12+ years of software engineering experience including large-scale payment or financial technology platforms.
Expert-level Java skills with deep knowledge of concurrency, low-latency design, JVM tuning, and distributed systems.
5+ years hands-on experience with AWS cloud-native application development and microservices architectures.
Experience with real-time payment platforms such as RTP, FedNow, UPI, SEPA Instant, or similar; knowledge of payment processing, settlement, and liquidity management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record leading and delivering mission-critical, high-throughput distributed payment systems at enterprise scale.
Strong technical leadership style combining hands-on coding with architecture and team mentoring in Agile environments.
Experienced in driving modernization using cloud-native, microservices, event-driven architectures and leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools for productivity and quality.
