Build and maintain CMDB data models and integrations with related systems using ServiceNow tools like Flow Designer, REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.
Ensure quality with Automated Test Framework coverage, documentation, and compliance with platform guardrails, while supporting end-user productivity and incident resolution.
Minimum Requirements
3–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience with at least one substantial implementation delivered end-to-end.
Strong knowledge of ITSM applications and practical exposure to HAM and/or SAM modules, CMDB, and Asset vs. CI concepts.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow development components including business rules and UI policies.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in disciplined delivery practices including source control, testing before release, and comprehensive documentation.
Ability to work precisely from written process designs and governance with clear communication to non-technical stakeholders.
Background or certification in ITSM, HAM, or SAM implementation, with familiarity in managed services or IT services environments impacting SLA outcomes.
