Data Security Engineer (Chandigarh, On-site)

Manage and enforce data access controls and security policies across Cloudera, Oracle, and Alation platforms in a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment.

Implement and monitor AWS security services including IAM, KMS encryption, secrets management, and audit logging consistent with compliance requirements.

Support audit, compliance, and incident response activities ensuring timely access reviews, audit evidence readiness, and mitigation of security anomalies.

2-4 years of relevant work experience in data or infrastructure security.

Must be located and work on-site at the Mohali (Chandigarh Tricity) office, with possible occasional travel to Mumbai client site.

Proficiency in AWS security (IAM, KMS, secrets management, CloudTrail), access management, data protection, Linux fundamentals, and audit/compliance procedures.

Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent) required; background verification mandatory; immediate joining preferred.

Experience securing large-scale enterprise data platforms across regulated environments, preferably with exposure to RBI/SEBI/ISO 27001/DPDP Act compliance.

Comfortable working in a regulated production environment with focus on audit-readiness and documentation quality.

Ability to operate autonomously with ownership over deliverables and coordinate with multiple teams including DataOps, DevOps, and client security stakeholders.
