Senior Engineer - Full Stack Developer

Design, develop, deploy, and provide lifecycle support for custom and COTS applications within Pharmaceutical Development for Global Product Development & Supply.

Build reusable AI solutions, agents, and workflow automations to enhance MES development and support, and lead AI adoption initiatives including workshops and mentoring.

Design, build, and migrate workloads on AWS, deliver project implementations and operational support in a validated GxP-regulated environment, collaborating closely with business and IT teams.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, AI/ML or related field.

4-6 years of hands-on software engineering experience, including 4+ years with full stack web development using JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js) and Python.

3+ years of AWS experience designing and deploying solutions using core services including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, and infrastructure-as-code expertise.

Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot or equivalents) and working knowledge of GxP regulations, computer systems validation (CSV), cGxP, GAMP 5, and 21 CFR Part 11.

Experienced in integrating AI-assisted engineering into enterprise-grade software development, including prompt engineering, AI-assisted refactoring, and test automation.

Proficient in building reusable AI assets and driving AI adoption through mentoring and leading communities of practice.

Skilled in operating within validated, GxP-regulated environments with strong system-to-system integration and stakeholder collaboration expertise.
