Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab or equivalent), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent), and observability tooling.
Strong communication skills with experience in coaching or mentoring engineers, focused on advisory roles.
Work Experience Required: 8–12 years in relevant domains.
