Own the design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks and scripts across UI, API, database, and regression testing layers.
Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to define test strategies, integrate automation pipelines (CI/CD), and ensure software quality in Agile environments.
Mentor junior QA engineers, conduct root cause analysis, manage test data and virtualized environments, and contribute to QA best practices and code reviews.
Minimum Requirements
6–8 years of hands-on experience in QA and test automation covering UI, API, and database layers.
Strong skills in automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, and Cypress.
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages including Python, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Docker.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks with reusable components and expertise in API and database validation testing.
Comfortable working in Agile environments with globally distributed teams, collaborating across DevOps and SRE functions.
Skilled at mentoring juniors and driving QA best practices with familiarity in virtualization tools (Parasoft) and test management platforms (JIRA, Rally, Xray, TestRail).
