Own the end-to-end customer master data migration from MDT SAP to MiniMed S/4HANA, including defining scope, mapping, testing, and ensuring 100% data reconciliation before go-live.
Serve as the data quality guardian, validating completeness and accuracy of customer records and documentation of transformation rules.
Post go-live, manage ongoing customer master data creation, maintenance, data quality monitoring, duplicate resolution, and support audit requests in S/4HANA.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of SAP master data experience with customer master data (XD01/XD02 or Business Partner BP).
Experience with data migration tools like LSMW, LTMC, or S/4HANA MDG.
Proven skills in data quality management, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation techniques.
Strong Excel and analytical skills; excellent written and spoken English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in SAP S/4HANA customer master data migration projects, preferably with healthcare or medical devices industry exposure.
Comfortable handling complex data transformation, reconciliations, and maintaining critical data quality KPIs in a large system transition environment.
Has familiarity with AR-specific master data elements like credit limits, payment terms, and dunning procedures, and tools for data extraction or SQL.
