Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience supporting or leading enterprise-scale test automation platforms.
Strong manual testing skills with experience in defect investigation, regression testing, and release validation.
Hands-on automation experience with Selenium and/or Playwright; good knowledge of API testing, database validation, and CI/CD integration.
Experience with Git branching strategies across multiple products and client variants.

Experienced in managing and improving test automation platforms within large, multi-product environments with diverse client configurations.
Skilled at balancing manual testing and automation to ensure high-quality regression coverage and efficient defect validation.
