Drive security mitigation, digital experience improvements, and integration of device management with identity providers like Okta and Ping; coach internal teams and manage escalated incidents.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years experience with macOS, iOS, and Android devices in a corporate environment.
Experience with development or scripting (Bash, Zsh, Swift, Powershell, Python) strongly preferred.
Experience using REST APIs for integration and automation.
Functional knowledge of Exchange and O365 environments; working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, firewall, VPN).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with large scale Mac/Mobile device management in global corporate settings with hands-on scripting and automation skills.
Able to work independently while supporting and coaching distributed teams, handling escalations and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiar with Agile methodologies and ITIL Change Management processes; adept at maintaining thorough documentation and metrics reporting to improve digital workplace solutions.
