Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in embedded systems design and development.
Proficient in C++ with excellent object-oriented design skills and deep understanding of multi-threaded operating systems and synchronization in embedded environments.
Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering (BS/MS).
Experience with RTOS kernel (e.g., Linux), scripting language (Python preferred), version control (GIT), and bug tracking tools (JIRA).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in embedded software development for telecom optical devices or similar mission-critical hardware.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills focused on multi-threaded embedded systems.
Comfortable working on complex designs requiring mastery of object-oriented design patterns and operating system concepts.
