Lead Software Engineer (Provider/Business Unit Portals)

Lead design, development, deployment, and operation of Provider and Business Unit Portals, owning these services end-to-end including those not personally implemented.

Drive technical direction, architecture, API design, and maintain automated quality standards including testing, error handling, and secure coding practices.

Provide technical mentorship to engineers, maintain codebase health, and ensure operational reliability and performance of production services.

8+ years experience as Lead Software Engineer with team lead responsibilities and accountability for delivered outcomes.

Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and Typescript/Angular; experience with relational databases and SQL Server.

Experience in maintaining and evolving live codebases with incremental modernization without disrupting delivery.

Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), automated test frameworks, secure coding, and observability tools.

Hands-on lead capable of steering technical decisions while actively coding and mentoring senior engineers.

Experienced in designing modular, decoupled services/APIs for scalable enterprise portal solutions.

Comfortable operating in open source security environments with a collaborative, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
