Lead strategy, architecture, engineering, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital asset platforms including tokenized deposits, stablecoins, tokenized securities, and digital custody.
Design and implement institutional-grade custody and wallet infrastructure with secure key management, governance controls, and smart contract lifecycle management.
Provide technical leadership across architecture, engineering, security, risk, compliance, and vendor teams for blockchain-based financial market infrastructures.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
16-20 years of professional experience in enterprise technology, architecture, and engineering leadership specifically in digital asset or distributed ledger solutions.
Strong hands-on expertise with Ethereum, EVM, Solidity, ERC token standards, and enterprise DLT platforms like Hyperledger Fabric, Besu, Corda, DAML.
Work location in Chennai or Hyderabad, India. Work timings from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead complex blockchain and digital asset projects involving multiple stakeholders including business, security, risk, and compliance teams.
Expertise in institutional custody/wallet infrastructure technologies such as MPC wallets, HSMs (e.g., Thales Luna HSM, AWS CloudHSM), and transaction-signing architectures.
Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks relevant to digital assets including FIPS 140-2/3, SOC 2, ISO 27001, AML/KYT controls, and global regulatory requirements.
