Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
7+ years in data engineering with 2+ years managing a team of 4–10+ engineers and owning platform architecture decisions.
Experience with data platform vendor/tool evaluation and selection (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
Location: Bangalore; Work mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Expertise in MLOps and data platform architecture including feature pipelines, model training platforms, and inference serving.
Proven leadership in managing onsite-offshore delivery models and agile sprint planning with JIRA.
Experience driving AI engineering strategy, AI-ready data infrastructure design, tool governance, and team AI upskilling programs.
