Own end-to-end analytical workflows including data collection, cleaning, exploratory analysis, and reporting.
Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, or Python libraries.
Ensure data quality and governance by performing validation checks and partnering with stakeholders to define reporting needs.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
Work Experience Required: 2–4 years as a Data Analyst or equivalent with full ownership of reporting and analysis workflows.
Technical Skills: Strong SQL (CTEs, complex joins), Python (Pandas, Matplotlib/Seaborn), and proficiency in at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Location: Bangalore; Work mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite/week); Working timezone: IST.

Experienced in independently managing reporting and analysis end-to-end with minimal oversight.
Skilled in integrating AI tools for enhancing reporting workflows including prompt engineering and scalable automation.
Able to communicate statistical results clearly to non-technical stakeholders and mentor juniors on AI tool usage and governance.
