About This Role

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using React.js for frontend and Java Spring Boot for backend.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices, including event-driven components (Kafka preferred).

Implement automated testing frameworks for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across frontend and backend.

Manage CI/CD pipelines and containerization processes for efficient deployment.

Minimum Requirements

5-8 years of relevant work experience in full stack development.

Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.

Experience with unit testing frameworks for frontend and backend (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI), Docker/Kubernetes, and Git version control.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in working within Agile methodologies, preferably in Financial or Wealth Management domains.

Skilled in developing both frontend (React.js) and backend (Java, Spring Boot, microservices) components with a strong focus on automated testing and performance.

Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools and performance testing tools such as JMeter or LRE.
