Minimum Requirements
12 to 15 years experience as Scrum Master managing cross-functional technical PODs in fast-paced environments.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or equivalent certification required.
Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
Work Experience Required: 12 to 15 years as Scrum Master.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with self-organizing POD structures and scaling communication across multiple teams.
Capable of handling cross-POD dependencies and integration issues in complex Agile setups.
Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or LeSS) and technical software development lifecycle knowledge.
