Develop and maintain data infrastructure to collect, store, process, and visualize automotive plant data by integrating data from multiple sources such as machines, PLCs, sensors, MES, ERP, and quality systems.
Create and develop automated data pipelines for seamless data transfer and integration ensuring data security, backup, and access control.
Apply data analysis and machine learning techniques using Python and relevant libraries to optimize vehicle safety, efficiency, and environmental impact projects.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years hands-on experience in Data Analysis and Machine Learning (3-6 years required if diploma holder).
Proficiency in Python and libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau) and familiarity with SQL and database management.
Educational qualification: BE in Mechanical/Automobile or equivalent, or DME in Mechanical/Automobile or equivalent (including Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in automotive or related manufacturing environments integrating data from diverse industrial systems (PLCs, MES, ERP).
Capable of independently building complex data pipelines and infrastructure with strong attention to data security and quality.
Strong communication skills to translate technical ML concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
