Own end-to-end AI solutioning for client engagements including problem framing, solution design, and delivery oversight with minimal supervision.
Act as primary liaison and trusted advisor to CxO and VP level stakeholders, building and sustaining senior leadership relationships on both client and UST sides.
Drive opportunity identification within accounts, represent UST in client governance, and mentor delivery teams to ensure quality and business relevance of AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Significant experience in technology consulting or solution leadership with applied AI/ML solutions (e.g., GenAI, NLP, predictive analytics, intelligent automation).
Prior client-facing solution leadership experience in IT services or consulting.
Exposure to US healthcare industry (Health plan domain) and hands-on familiarity with cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experienced leader able to operate independently in ambiguous environments, translating complex business challenges into practical AI solutions.
Skilled at navigating complex organizational dynamics and building consensus across senior stakeholders including CxO level.
Strong business acumen and executive presence with demonstrated success engaging senior leadership and driving solution adoption in consulting or IT services settings.
