Product Manager II

Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and product delivery for a next-generation Clinical Trial Platform focused on business process modernization and workflow automation.

Lead clinical trial business transformation by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing scalable AI-powered capabilities and automation across the clinical trial lifecycle.

Serve as the key liaison between business, engineering, automation, UX, and leadership to ensure aligned execution, stakeholder engagement, and measurable value realization.

12+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Product Leadership roles.

Proven track record in leading large-scale platform modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.

Experience collaborating with globally distributed business and technology teams.

Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Miro, Figma, and AI productivity platforms such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude.

Experienced in strategic product management within clinical trial or healthcare-related digital transformation platforms.

Skilled in driving complex stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration at senior leadership levels.

Demonstrates ability to translate business processes and AI opportunities into user-centric platform features emphasizing workflow simplification and operational efficiency.
